TRS Sheet Metal Fabrication

Most jobs through the workshop follow the same six steps. Keep scrolling and watch a stainless bench top go from flat sheet to installed.

Step 01 / 06

Drawings

We work from your shop drawings, or help you put them together. Sizes and finishes get agreed before anything is cut.

  1. Drawings: We work from your shop drawings, or help you put them together. Sizes and finishes get agreed before anything is cut.
  2. Cut: The sheet goes through the guillotine and gets cut to the sizes on the drawing.
  3. Fold: Bends are done on our 4 metre hydraulic press brake, so a long bench top or splashback can come out in one piece.
  4. Weld: TIG and MIG welding for stainless, steel and aluminium.
  5. Finish: Raw, brushed, polished or powder-coated. Aluminium can be anodised as well.
  6. Install: We deliver it and install it on site. For hospitality clients we come back for maintenance too.

Send as much as you've got. It makes the quote more accurate.
